Terms of service
1. Engagement
Services are provided under a written proposal or statement of work agreed with each client. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees; these terms apply to everything not covered there.
2. Fees & payment
Fees are quoted in INR unless agreed otherwise and are exclusive of GST. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice — there is no long-term lock-in.
3. Ownership of work
On full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced for them — websites, creative, content and ad accounts. We retain the right to reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of materials they supply and for confirming they hold the rights to any content, marks or data they ask us to use.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, company and your message. Our website itself does not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to info@abnglobalventures.com.
